The products displayed on this website are products/ services designed and provided by our designing team. The images of the products/services on our website are illustrations that show what to expect after a download and explain and signify the downloadable file. The illustrative images/ thumbnails and the word description accurately talks about the downloadable files (including the plot size, the design type, number of rooms…), we can guarantee the image fully reflects the products. If you are not satisfied and want another type of design, you can request for a design of your own choice.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your mobile number. You can use and benefit from the free products/ services we provide on our website for free, we do not ask for any type of payments for the free products/ services. You represent and warrant that: the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. The Price of any Service may be changed by us at any time, but we will never change a Price so as to affect the Price charged to you at the time when you buy a Service.
We do not refund any type of purchase that is from a direct download, however we issue refunds for a requested design if the design has not been done within 3 days of the requested date.
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service: In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Use of this website or certain services may require registration. If you choose to register or subscribe to such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and to update the information immediately if there are changes. Each user of the Website is solely responsible for maintaining the security of passwords and other accounts.
